FormLab

Get coaching that watches.

For people working with a coach who want to be seen, not ghosted by a generic app.

What you get back

Not "watch your form." Something closer to "right knee drifted on rep 6, easy fix next session," attached to the second of the video where it happened. You tap the cue and the video jumps there, so you see the thing rather than trying to picture it.

Your day

Opening the app answers one question: what is mine to do right now. Today's session is the first and largest thing on the screen. A rest day says so plainly, and a session you have not done yet waits without scolding you about it.

You log sets as you go. If your gym has no signal, the app keeps your work on the phone and sends it when you are back, including the video you just filmed. Losing a take because a basement has no bars is the one failure worth engineering against.

Knowing your coach watched

When cues land, the app tells you on the front screen and takes you to the right day. Your coach can see that you opened them. That is the whole point of the thing: attention that is visible in both directions.

What it is not

It will not score your reps with a model, and it will not give you a streak to protect. It does not replace your watch. Without a coach there is not much here, because a coach is the product.
